A little more than our Down to the Details package our Worry Free Week package allows you to have a stress-free wedding as well as the week leading up to your wedding!
• Initial consultation
• Meeting to put together detailed day-of timeline
• Confirmation and coordination of all vendors
• 4 hours of flex time (to use for errands, out-of-town guest coordination, party favor assembly, whatever you want!)
• Wedding rehearsal coordination and supervision
• Create contact list
• Ceremony & Reception management
• Two coordinators for the day of (up to 10 hours)
• Distribution of payments and/or gratuities
• Personalized wedding kit
Custom Package $85 per hour
Available for whatever you need. (5 hour minimum)
