When will we speak with our designer?
Your designer will give you a call within 48 hours of booking. At that time you may set up your initial floral consultation.

Can we choose our designer?
If you have a specific designer you would like to work with, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What do we do with the rental items?
All rental items must be returned to Bellagala the Tuesday following your event. Boxes for transporting rental items are provided by Bellagala. Any rental items not returned on time are considered lost and client will be charged.

What is the delivery charge and what does it include?
Delivery charges vary depending on the floral package you select. Delivery includes drop off at the location(s) of your choice. Delivery does not include any set up or transfer charges. Full service package options available for delivery, set up and transfer.

Can we see live samples of different flowers?
Generally speaking, no. We have many photo books with pictures of flowers and our package offerings. You can ask your designer at your consultation; it may be possible to show you some live samples at that time.

Do you preserve the bridal bouquet?
We do not offer preservation service at this time.
