SANITY SAVER - $4795 From start to finish we will work with you every step of the way to create your ultimate wedding. Package Includes: initial consultation, unlimited planning time (meeting, email and phone), consultation/planning for overall look and feel for your big day, etiquette training, create and maintain budget worksheet, personalized wedding binder, inquire to all vendors on pricing and availability, evaluate vendor contracts, set up appointments with all vendors, not limited to: reception site, ceremony site, DJ, photographer, etc., assist and coordinate guest accommodations, develop detailed wedding timeline for whole planning and day of, create contact list, reminders for contracts and payments due, pick up of all wedding items from bride’s home, wedding rehearsal coordination and supervision, ceremony & reception management, two coordinators for the day of (up to 10 hours), distribution of payments and/or gratuities, personalized wedding kit, post-event details management.
