When do we meet our event planner?
At your initial consultation after booking. Your event planner will give you a call within 48 hours after booking for a phone conversation and to set up your initial consultation.

Can we choose our event planner?
Yes. We have several talented event planners on staff. Select the planner that is right for you from their bios or ask your sales representative for assistance.

Do we have to use all Bellagala services if we book a Bellagala event planner?
No. Our event planning services are a separate entity from the rest of our services. Bellagala event planners are knowledgeable about, and have worked with, a variety of wedding vendors throughout the Twin Cities.

How much experience do your event planners have?
Each of our event planners comes to Bellagala with different experience. On average, our planners have 3-5 years in the wedding industry.
