Jenna
As a part of our full-time sales staff at Bellagala, Jenna has the knowledge and experience that are necessary to plan a flawless event. She understands the importance of pre-wedding planning and organization. Creative by nature, Jenna has a passion for detail and design. She has over nine combined years in restaurant, catering, and event management. Event planning combines her love of details with her passion for building relationships.
There is no idea too large and no detail too meticulous. I live for the details.' She also believes nothing is impossible. 'The key to a successful event is to be organized, develop a plan and adapt as necessary.'
Not only does she love the planning and execution of an event, but she loves.... love. What's most rewarding for her is seeing a couples vision become a reality on such a special day.
She will assure a stress-free event, allowing you to be a guest at your own wedding and can turn any vision into a reality.
Jennae
Jennae first starting working events in 2005 as a server in Balsam Lake, WI, where many cabin go-ers held their weddings in the summer months. She then did an internship with Chateau St. Croix Winery & Vineyard with the Events Coordinator in 2008. After graduating from Gustavus in 2009, she worked as an Events Coordinator with Chateau St. Croix Winery & Vineyard until the end of 2010. During her time with the Chateau, Jennae developed her creative energy and passion for weddings.
She got married in August of 2009 and moved to St. Paul and worked as the Special Events Director at the Nicollet Island Inn in Minneapolis. After gaining additional experience with the Inn, Jennae started working with Bellagala in September 2011, and with a passion for the early beginnings of the planning process and helping brides discover exciting vendors and ideas, consulting and planning with such a great company was the perfect fit!
As an Event Planner, her goal is to help alleviate the stress and anxiety that comes with planning the wedding of your dreams. Jennae believes that the planning process should be an exciting time to relish in with the people you love and she is dedicated to providing a fun and relaxing planning experience!
Amy
I grew up in Edina, Minnesota and think it's one of the best places in the country, well except in the winter. I don't like cold weather, snow or ice, even though I played hockey and skied for many years. I've had a passion for horses for as long as I can remember and have been fortunate to own two horses which I rode in dressage and jumping. I love beautiful scenery like being in mountains, but I have a fear of heights so the drive uphill on narrow roads and over mountain passes is scary. Snakes and lizards don't bother me, but spiders of all sizes freak me out.
I started working in the wedding industry over 14 years ago at Wayzata Country Club. I had a fabulous mentor and boss who taught me the intricacies of planning spectacular events for our members and their guests. I have a solid background in event operations and know all about the hard work involved in coordinating complex logistics. I enjoy problem-solving...I know that sounds a little strange, but seriously on a typical wedding day I haven't met a problem I couldn't solve, and that includes a tornado that made an unexpected appearance. It threw our schedule off a bit and I had to fish our DJ out from under the collapsed tent but the wedding continued and guests had a blast. My calm demeanor and common-sense approach is my philosophy for overseeing weddings and events. I've been featured on Martha Stewart Weddings and Sasha Souza as a guest blogger. I've had the honor of planning and coordinating weddings not only nationally, but internationally as well. I sincerely look forward to working with you!
Nadia
Nadia is the that lady in the back of the ceremony that gets goosebumps and a little "verklempt" when the bridal processional music starts and everyone rises to watch the beautiful bride come down the aisle. She's also the one in the corner of the room with that look of absolute joy and admiration when the father of the bride gives his speech at dinner. And when the first dance song comes on... yeah, just stick a fork in her.
She's a multi-tasker to a fault. The inside of her brain looks like a 3-ring circus... or more like a 10-ring circus full of amazing, thrilling, and sometimes, death defying acts going on all at the same time! But we assure you they all get done and just the way you imagined they would. Some people say that "The Devil Is In The Details" --Nadia says "The Wedding Planner Is In The Details". She loves to pay attention to the little things. She takes a vested interest in WHO you and your fiancé(e) are as people and helps build your special day around that. And seriously... if you're not Facebook friends after your wedding... then she hasn't done her job properly.
