Built in 1905, the Connolly Shoe Factory was renovated in 2016 to become one of the largest event venues in Minnesota capable of hosting up to 720 guests or smaller groups. Located in beautiful and historic downtown Stillwater, this historic building includes a full service salon, studio, and secret speakeasy. Purposely ambiguous, the name “JX” will be defined by the first class events held within our exposed brick walls. Clients will have access to an unparalleled multimedia experience, optical illusion photo booth and a state of the art sound system. We have created a dynamic event space, bursting with modern luxuries, while still celebrating the historic charm of the building. Imagine pulling back a theater-style curtain to reveal an enchanting dinner setting.
