Oak Glen has two beautiful ceremony locations as well as two magnificent reception rooms to accommodate groups of all sizes. Our golf course ceremony site is located just off the first hole of the Championship Course and features willow trees framing our beautiful fountain in the pond. This stunning location has a time limit of one hour as we do shut down the golf course for your ceremony. The lawn ceremony is located closer to the clubhouse and parking lot making it more convenient for your guests to get to. All ceremonies include worry-free setup and tear down with white folding chairs set. The sites have power hookups for your dejay to plug into so all of your guests can hear your special vows. Our majestic Royal Oak reception room comfortably accommodates 400 guests with a full bar, 16' by 24' permanent dance floor, and even a "Juliet" balcony. This large room feels intimate for groups small to large and offers unique details featuring a natural stone fireplace, custom head table, and state of the art video equipment. The clubhouse offers views of the golf course while keeping your party private. The Stillwater reception room accommodates 175 guests with a portable bar. For smaller wedding parties that might be on a budget this is the perfect intimate room for your reception.
