WHEN DO WE MEET OUR WEDDING PLANNER? At your initial consultation after booking. Your event planner will call you within 7 business days after booking to schedule a phone conversation and to set up your initial consultation.
DO WE GET TO CHOOSE OUR WEDDING PLANNER? Yes! We have a number of talented event planners on staff. Select the planner that is right for you based on their bios and previous work, or ask your sales representative for assistance.
ARE WE REQUIRED TO USE ALL BELLAGALA SERVICES WHEN WE BOOK A BELLAGALA PLANNER? No, our event planning services are a separate entity from the rest of our services. Bellagala event planners are knowledgeable, highly experienced, and have worked with a variety of wedding vendors throughout the Twin Cities.
HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOUR WEDDING PLANNERS HAVE? Each of our event planners comes to Bellagala with a different level of experience, but on average, our planners have at least three to five years working in the wedding industry.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING PLANNER COST FOR A SMALL WEDDING? The cost of a wedding planner for a small wedding can vary depending on several factors, such as the location, services required, and the complexity of the event. In Minnesota, event planner fees for small weddings typically range from a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars. It is essential to consult with various event planners in Minnesota to get accurate pricing information tailored to your specific needs and budget.
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE TO MY VENUE? If your venue is located over 40 miles from the center point of the city, your travel fee will be $1.20 per mile from the center point of the city to your venue's address. The fee goes directly to your planner for their gas, mileage and time. If your venue is over 100 miles from the city center, we do require an overnight lodging stipend of $125 for the safety of your planner(s) since they will be working a long day.
