1. What is a wedding package?

A wedding package is a bundled offering of services that a wedding vendor provides for a fixed price. It usually includes services such as photography, videography, DJ, décor, floral arrangements, and an overall wedding planner. 

2. What do all-inclusive wedding packages include?

At Bellagala, our all-inclusive package is available on our venue rental service package which includes planning and coordination, venue staff, reception décor and audio visual capabilities.  However with our essential package you’ll get services like Photography, DJ, Floral, and Videography.

3. How much of a deposit is required to book your services?

Bellagala requires a 25% deposit on all services.  The deposit is 50% if it is within 150 days of the event. So the deposit depends on when you book your service vs. what type of service. You also have the option to pay-in-full today.

4. How many months before a wedding should you start planning?

We recommend planning a wedding at least 12-14 months in advance. This time frame allows enough time to secure the perfect venue, caterer, photographer, and other vendors for the big day. It also provides flexibility in case of any unforeseen delays or obstacles. However, if you are planning a smaller or more intimate wedding, starting the planning process 9 months ahead is sufficient.
