PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Day-Of Coordinator
Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management
- Package 100% refundable for 14 days
- Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
- Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
- Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

I live just outside of Minneapolis with my husband, our two daughters, and our sweet beagle, Maggie, my little trio (plus one floppy-eared sidekick) who keep life full of joy, movement, and inspiration. When I’m not building timelines or designing mood boards, you’ll usually find me curled up with a vanilla latte in hand, catching up on reality TV, or dreaming up our next family adventure.
