We worked with Bonita and Billie the day of our wedding (Billie being a last-minute addition due to a tight schedule day-of). They were both AMAZING! Bonita Quinn (bonitajanephotography) was the absolute best part of my wedding planning process from start to finish, only to be topped by actually marrying my husband, lol. But in all seriousness, Bonita was the best photographer, friend, and helping hand giving us all the tips and tricks and guiding us through the process effortlessly. Long story short, if you’re a bride trying to be bougie on a budget, just be ready for money grabs for every little thing after you’ve already locked in and signed your contract. Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend Bonita as she is kind, beyond talented, and just overall such a good human who absolutely delivered on getting us the light and bright airy fairy tale like style of wedding photos we desired. She captured the emotion of our day with candids, guided us with assertive yet soft and gentle prompting for posed pictures, and was so attuned to details we didn’t even realize around us day of that we’ve loved looking back on our gallery since and having those details captured timelessly. Bonita is an excellent and timely communicator and extremely responsive and decisive. She knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand and shared many tips and tricks with us for optimal success during our planning sessions before the big day. We felt so guided and prepared by her. When I was stressed with things, she reassured and took things off my plate even if only mentally by lightening and shifting my perspective. She is an excellent planner and with Bonita your vision for your photos will surely be achieved. She listens. We chose Bellagala for photography and videography because they had good reviews and we were able to get an amazing deal. We liked that they allowed you to pick your photographer, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice, Bonita. She was super communicative, patient, kind, and great at instructing us on what to do. My husband is not the most comfortable on camera, and I am only a little comfortable, but Bonita was great in giving us guidance on everything. She was great at blending into the scenery enough so that it didn’t seem as if there was paparazzi around. Not to mention, her photographs are beautiful and we are so happy with how our sneak peek turned out! If all of this isn’t enough to convince you, consider the fact that she was willing to sacrifice herself for a good shot when she fell down (safely, luckily) looking for the perfect angle! We chose to have a 2nd photographer as the wedding party was getting ready at separate venues. Sarah was our 2nd photographer and she was also wonderful! She was so kind, helpful, easy to work with, and a great hype girl for the entire wedding party. She was also just as committed as Bonita to getting the perfect shot, such as when she would throw up my veil then sprinting away to be out of frame. I can’t necessarily speak to other Bellagala photographers, but if their caliber is anything like Bonita’s (and Sarah’s!) then I’m sure they're also wonderful!

Our photographer Bonita Quinn was absolutely amazing! We meet her for our engagement shoot and we knew it was a right fit. We loved her personality and how engaging she was during the whole process. The engagement photos were absolutely stunning. On our wedding day, she made sure we got all the photos we wanted. I received a sneak peak of our photos and they are so beautiful, I wanted to cry and can’t wait till the rest come in. I am so glad we had Bonita on our special day, she truly is the best! Also, Roberto is an amazing DJ!! He made sure for my outdoor ceremony we had music and a microphone since there was no electricity. He made it work which I was so happy with! Once we went to reception he played som awesome and fun songs. He had everyone on the dance floor. We had cool lights and fun music. During the whole process of what our event would look like he was very responsive and communicative. He made sure and to ask what music we like and how the whole day would like it. Roberto was definitely amazing on our day!

We had Bonita Quinn as our photographer. She was absolutely TERRIFIC. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her for our engagement and wedding photos. We both hate getting our pictures taken, but she did great at getting us to come out of our shell and instructed us on how to pose. Eventually, it came naturally. I STRONGLY recommend her. Our photographer was Bonita Quinn and she was great to work with! She was very organized, professional, and easy to work with. She did a great job of capturing all of the photo shots that we wanted, even with the on and off rain showers we had during what was supposed to be an outdoor wedding and social hour. She was very creative to find as many shots as possible outside without getting rained on. Can't wait to see the pictures!

We worked with Bonita for our wedding day, and she was FANTASTIC! SO professional, kind and outgoing. We had a Catholic wedding, so photography can be a little bit tricky, and she blew it away! She even walked the grounds of the church and found some really spectacular spots for photos - we never even thought of doing that! Bonita is so respectful and organized. When some family members were being a little tricky for pictures, she was so patient and able to explain poses and whatnot. Our reception was a little bit away, and the drive was no hinderance at all for her. I had a list of photo combinations, and she had it printed out and check marked each one, which was so time efficient! We even had time to take more which was such a bonus. At our reception, we had a large outdoor space, and she somehow was able to get so many candid's while also being inside at the dance! Both my husband and I, as well as our entire family loved her! We have already recommended her to our friends that are engaged! The follow up after our wedding was spectacular, I had a couple questions, and she responded right away and was super on top of everything. The download process for photos was super easy, and the mixture of photos and editing are beautiful. If I was getting married again (not going to her remarried, but if I did) - I would hire Bonita 100%! Thank you so so much!

Our photographer, Bonita, was so amazing! She went out of her way to make sure our photos were perfect! Patient, respectful, time efficient, thoughtful and creative are a few words I would use to describe Bonita - we were married in a Catholic church, which has quite a lot of rules regarding photography - and she was able to capture so many beautiful photos regardless! I had created a photo combinations list, and she kept track, and we got every single photo taken on the list - which was so amazing, because then we had time afterwards to take some bonus photos before we went to our reception! At some points throughout the evening, I knew she was there, but she was subtle about taking candids, that when my Husband and I looked through our gallery, it was so much fun to see all the photos she took! If I were getting married again (I am never getting married again haha!), I would 100% hire Bonita! Thank you so so much!

I worked with Bonita Quinn and had the most amazing experience! She is calm, which was very helpful when it started raining on our wedding day when it wasn’t supposed to, and kept the wedding party on track for photos. Due to the rain we had many changes to the timeline day-of, and she was so great at pivoting and making sure we still got the shots we wanted. You can tell she has great experience and knows what she’s doing. We also did our engagement session with her and loved every photo we received. On your day, it is so important to be comfortable with your photographer and I truly felt like she did everything she could to ensure we had the best day and amazing photos. We decided to book Bonita Q for our wedding day photography. To say that she was exceptional is an understatement. She was extremely attuned to everything we wanted and made sure to adapt to our needs accordingly to a T. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and is clearly very experienced. She is assertive when needed, but is professional, courteous, kind, and was instrumental to planning our day. In fact, with her help the day went very smoothly. I bet she would make an excellent day-or coordinator as well! If you want your wedding photography to be stress-free and look amazing, I would definitely recommend booking Bonita Q for your big day!

We used Bellagalla for photography and DJ services for our wedding. The communication from Bellagalla was excellent. We had engagement photos taken prior to the wedding with our photographer and had a chance to get to know them. The DJ was professional and kept the dance party going all night! One thing to note is that Bellagalla color corrects their pictures, but does not “edit” them per se. Overall, we were very happy with them and would recommend them highly!

My husband and I got married on May 20, 2023 at Brentrup Heritage Farm in Maplewood Minnesota with roughly 120 guests. We found Bellagala through WeddingWire, and they were always very responsive to us. They were able to work with our budget, and we booked during a special promotion. They even had another promotion in December where we further received a discount on our final payment. Bellagala was always very responsive and welcoming. Bonita Q was our photographer, and Todd W was our videographer. Overall, when looking back at the wedding day, both my husband and I have no complaints about either of these wonderful people. We were able to Zoom with both of them beforehand. Bonita, especially, was very precise and was awesome at remembering everything. In retrospect, I wish I had booked a second photographer in addition to her because there was so much to be captured. I did end up adding on some hours a couple weeks before the event for more time, which was a great idea. In total, we paid close to $3,500. I value that Todd was able to get video of the guests enjoying themselves while Bonita was focused on the bride, bridesmaids, groom, and groomsmen. Both of them were very flexible, and I love their styles. I would highly recommend booking with them both. Something I would’ve done differently is I wish I would’ve booked the full package services with the photographer, videographer, DJ, and floral. This will save couples a lot of money if they do everything all together. It is also nice because you’re just working with one company.

We had an intimate backyard wedding. We worked with Bonita and she was wonderful! We both were uncomfortable having our photos taken and she helped us feel very at ease and gave us a lot of direction. We also had photos with our 2 year old black lab and she did a great job with him. We can’t wait to see our photos!!! Such a wonderful experience!

Great Experience--Choose Bonita! We found Bonita Quinn through Bellagala. Bellagala is very easy to book with and very reasonably priced. They are quick and responsive to all questions/concerns and their website is easy to use. Bonita was wonderful to work with! We are not a couple who takes a lot of photos or enjoys being photographed, but Bonita made us feel so comfortable and confident. She wasn't afraid to help pose us or make adjustments to get the perfect shot. We had a few specific shots we wanted and Bonita made them happen. During my bridal portraits, she made me feel so confident and beautiful.
