A Day-of Coordinator is perfect for couples who want a professional to handle final logistics and manage every detail on the wedding day. Acting as your personal advocate, they ensure your vision comes to life by coordinating with vendors, managing the timeline, and overseeing all the small details, so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration. 

MULTIPLE EVENT PACKAGE:
For couples whose celebrations extend beyond the wedding day, we also offer multi-event coverage options. Whether you’re hosting a Tea Ceremony, Mehndi Night, Marriage Contract Ceremony, or other special gathering, you’ll have the option of adding a Wedding Coordinator to help manage all of the details and ensure that you enjoy every moment stress-free.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Package 100% refundable for 14 days

  • Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision

  • Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking

  • Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date

  • Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details

  • Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage (for main wedding event)

  • Additional events are booked in 3-hour increments

  • Facilitate day-of rehearsal

  • Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out

  • Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)

  • Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion

  • Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

  • Optional Add-On:

    • Final Venue Walkthrough

    • Planning Assistant

    • Add planning coverage for additional events in 3-hour increments
